Gift Concierge - retail

Through Kailis Jewellery Gift Concierge, friends and family can purchase gift vouchers separately, which the recipient can redeem as one. To begin this process, you will need to register your special occasion with our customer care team, and we will create your unique occasion ID.

Choose to purchase your individual gift vouchers via customer care or online, ready to gift. These vouchers will be curated together for the recipient so they can make their special purchase guided by our expert team. Although gift concierge vouchers are unable to be purchased in our boutiques, our customer care team can arrange collection if you wish.

Our customer care team will contact the recipient to congratulate them on their special occasion and to let them know they have received gift vouchers for Kailis Jewellery. Our team will then provide guidance on selecting the perfect piece using this total voucher amount.

This service is ideal for both lovers of Kailis who would like to mark their next momentous occasion with a piece they have selected, and for friends and family who aren’t sure what to gift their loved one, but wish to make the occasion one they will always treasure.
