Product Variation and Availability

Please note, not all products, or all variations of our products, are available to purchase on our website. Prices on our website reflect stock available to purchase online, and may differ to prices of products available to purchase in our boutiques, due to a difference in pearl size, pearl shape or pearl brand. Please ask our boutique team or Customer Care for further information.

Accuracy of Information

We attempt to ensure that the information on kailisjewellery.com.au is complete and accurate; however, this information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, product availability errors and other errors and inaccuracies. We assume no responsibility for such errors and omissions, and reserve the right to: revoke any offer stated; correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and make changes to prices, content, promotions, product descriptions or specifications, or other information on kailisjewellery.com.au.

Gift vouchers

Kailis Jewellery offers the ability to purchase digital and printed gift vouchers via third party platform Gift Up! At time of purchase, you can opt to receive a digital voucher emailed to yourself or the recipient, or request a printed voucher, which will be packaged and dispatched from our head office to the address specified. You can also purchase digital and print vouchers in all Kailis Jewellery boutiques.

The terms and conditions for our vouchers are as follows: 1. Kailis gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. 2. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, in cash or otherwise. 3. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. 4. Vouchers are exclusive to Kailis Jewellery and may only be redeemed online at kailisjewellery.com.au or in Kailis Jewellery boutiques. 5. Where the full amount of the voucher is not redeemed in one transaction, the unused amount will remain on the voucher and is valid for three years from the original date of purchase. Any remaining balance is not redeemable for cash. 6. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 7. Vouchers are available to purchase in AUD only. 8. When redeeming your gift voucher, you may be asked to provide identification.

Gift with purchase

From time to time, at our discretion, we may offer a gift with purchase promotion for a limited time. The terms and conditions of these promotions will be stated on our website for the duration of the promotion period.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to COVID-19, some domestic and international shipping delays may occur.

Please note, delays caused by our freight providers are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia.

Orders can be tracked via the allocated freight provider. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

Australian orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, unless the item ordered needs to be resized or altered. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be delivered.

International Orders

A flat rate of $25 AUD applies for international orders to the following countries and regions: New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Europe, the UK, USA and Canada.  If you are located outside of these countries, please contact Customer Care to place your order.

International orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. Due to COVID-19, please allow 10 to 25 business days for your order to be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE

The above delivery times are estimates only and Kailis Jewellery is unable to hold responsibility for delays caused by freight providers. Please ensure you provide Kailis Jewellery with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by our freight providers. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Note our prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes, please refer to your local customs office for specific information.

Returns & Exchanges

Kailis Jewellery at our discretion can accept items for exchange or credit note if returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with its original receipt and packaging. The item must not have been worn and it will be required to pass our Quality Control Assessment. Only jewellery items bought directly from Kailis Jewellery can be assessed for return or exchange. Our returns policy does not cover items which have been altered for your requirements or special makes.

If you have been gifted an item you are wishing to exchange, please contact Customer Care within 10 days and provide verification details.

If you have received an incorrect item, or an item that does not match the description of what was ordered, Kailis Jewellery can replace it with the correct item or issue a credit note subject to the item meeting the Quality Control Assessment and product availability.

Costs and liabilities relating to the return shipping and any subsequent duties, taxes and customs clearance fees of return, exchange or repair items are the responsibility of the person sending the items to Kailis Jewellery.

Warranty

Kailis Jewellery offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship on all of the products that we sell, with the exception of silver collection items and non-jewellery items, such as corporate accessories on which Kailis Jewellery offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.  This excludes items where the pearl does not match a photo seen in a brochure or online, as every pearl is individual and pearls will appear different to those pictured in brochures or online. Kailis Jewellery will only replace or repair items where the pearl does not fit the product description.

If your item has a fault, is not fit for its original purpose or is otherwise not of merchantable quality, then we will assess the item to determine the fault and its cause. If our assessment concludes that the fault is covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace that item at no additional cost. Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty or repair to be undertaken. If it is not possible to repair or replace the item, then we may offer an exchange, credit note or refund.

The Kailis Jewellery warranty does not cover items damaged as a result of misuse, unauthorised repairs, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use and Kailis Jewellery denies any obligation to take any action in respect of such damaged items. Please refer to the product care information below, for instructions on care and handling of your items.

Charges apply for all repairs not covered by the Kailis Jewellery warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced in case of a minor failure.

What constitutes major and minor failure is set out in Australian Consumer Law. The Kailis Jewellery warranty does not modify or exclude such guarantees but is additional.

Repairs

Due to the implications of COVID-19, our repairs service may experience delays. Your repair will be dealt with as soon as possible.

All Kailis Jewellery items pass a number of Quality Control checks before leaving our jewellery workshop. We only assess and/or repair items made by Kailis Jewellery.
