All Kailis Jewellery items pass a number of Quality Control checks before leaving our jewellery workshop. We only assess and/or repair items made by Kailis Jewellery.
Submit a repair
Please follow these instructions:
- Complete the Repairs Assessment Form below with required details (including all fields marked with an *) and click submit.
- Upon submission, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder. If you not received it, then your Repair Assessment Form may not have been received. Please resubmit your request, ensuring you have completed all * fields.
- Once your Repairs Assessment Form has been successfully submitted, securely package your jewellery in a mailing box or bubble envelope to ensure the item is protected in transit. Include a copy of your confirmation email or note detailing your name and return address and any special comments, so your package can be easily identified.Use an insured and registered shipping method, and address to:

Australia - Once the jewellery item has been received and assessed by our National Repairs Centre, you will receive your repair quote and further information via email. Please note, you will be emailed approximately 10 business days after the item has been received by Kailis Jewellery.
Note: If your Kailis Jewellery item was received as a gift, please provide as much information as possible and upload a photo of your item in place of the proof of purchase (if proof of purchase is unavailable), and then proceed as per the above instructions.
