Shipping within Australia
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia.
Orders can be tracked via the allocated freight provider. Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you via email with your tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.
Australia orders are dispatched within 3 days. Please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be delivered.
Flat rate of $25 AUD for international orders outside Australia.
We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, European countries, the UK, USA and Canada. If you are located outside of these countries, please contact us to place your order.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Note our prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes, please refer to your local customs office for specific information.
International orders are dispatched within 3 – 7 days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered.
The above delivery times are estimates only and Kailis Jewellery does not hold responsibility for delays caused by our freight providers. Please provide Kailis Jewellery with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by our freight providers.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase from Kailis Jewellery, we may, at our discretion, accept items for exchange or refund if returned in a saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the original sales receipt is not available (for example, because you received the item as a gift), we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange, so long as the item is returned in saleable condition and with all original packaging.
If you have received the wrong item or an item that does not match the description of what was ordered, Kailis Jewellery will accept items for replacement with the correct item/s or exchange if returned in saleable condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Our returns policy does not include if an item has been tailored for your requirements.
Cost and liabilities relating to the return shipping of your item/s are at the risk and expense of the person sending them.
