Set in 18ct yellow gold, this cuff is grain set with Cabochon cut Rubies, Pink Tourmalines and Orange Sapphires (122 gemstones, approx. 17ct); brilliant White Diamonds (totalling 0.14ct) and two 11-12mm, drop-shaped Australian South Sea pearls. The cuff is opened with a flexible hinge at the base.
