Returns

All Kailis jewellery must pass a number of Quality Control checks before it leaves our workshop. Refunds for jewellery or shipping will only be offered at Kailis' discretion depending upon the circumstances, including, but not limited to, availability of suitable replacement items.

If your Kailis on-line purchase is shown to have a fault or it is the wrong item or does not match the description on the website for what you ordered, Kailis will gladly repair or replace that item at no extra cost.

Kailis will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use. Please see the Caring for your Pearl Jewellery guide for instructions on proper care and handling of your Kailis jewellery.

If you have simply changed your mind about your on-line purchase, Kailis will only accept these items for exchange or credit note if returned to in saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt to the Kailis on-line returns address. Costs for return shipping of exchange items is at the risk and expense of the person sending it.
