Simon Henderson

At just five years old, Simon Henderson’s father made him a workbench, from where he began crafting items from wood and metal. This was a hobby that would eventually lead to a career as an award winning jeweller and a reputation as one of Australia’s most talented fine jewellery designers.

Over the last 15 years, Simon has developed a style where shapes and form are clean and uncomplicated. His jewellery flows, is purposeful, versatile and truly beautiful. Every corner, edge, setting and link is considered and has its place within the piece. He believes the key to a beautiful object is not about how much can be added, as how much can be taken away while retaining the overall structural integrity. Whenever possible, Simon creates jewellery with an element of versatility offering more wearing options and a sense of playfulness. Each piece needs to be comfortable to wear, be beautiful and make the wearer feel amazing each time they put it on.
